Scott Brown
Hope Collaborative • Executive Director
Scott came to us with over 25 years of experience in non-profit leadership and community engagement in Kentucky and Ohio. Each of the three organizations he led by design became significantly more diverse under his leadership. This diversity traversed age-related, ethnic, academic, and economic boundaries. Scott believes that unity, rather than uniformity, has the greatest potential to spill into our communities and impact the world. He has additionally served in church leadership, lending his support to churches and non-profits within the communities he has lived in and around the world. Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Debbie, their two children, and their spouses.

Jason Allen
Hope Collaborative • Public School Outreach Director
Jason Allen is the director of our Public School Outreach program. He has a master’s degree in clinical social work and marriage and family therapy, he and is currently a licensed marriage and family therapist. He also has a bachelor’s degree in political science and journalism. Prior to working at Hope Collaborative, he served at Meyzeek Middle School, Jewish Family and Career Services, and North Star Counseling. He also worked at Family Ark in Southern Indiana as an in-home therapist, striving to bring clinical services to families and children involved in the Department of Child Services and probation cases. He currently provides mental health services for families at HopeWell Heights Counseling. He is married to Lauren and is a father of two children: Everett and Rowan.
